Sometimes the smallest creatures can make the biggest sounds. Such is the case of the Mantled Howler monkeys in Costa Rica. Found living in the tree canopies of lowland and montane forests, these monkeys are the early morning alarm.
In fact, their howls are so loud, they can be heard up to one kilometer away, echoing through the forest. Their pre-historic calls bring the feel of Jurassic Park within the tropical jungle.
