Autumn continues to amaze with its colorful glory. Although the color will most likely disappear in about a week. The lighting was stunning over the river this afternoon, with the reflections of the trees in the flowing water.
Earlier today I did a horse and rider portrait shoot with a friend of mine. This is the first time I’ve done this and it was truly fun. Although I have 600 images to work through. It’ll be tough to wean it down to the 10-15 best of the best.
Wish me luck!

Beautiful colours! I like the reflection in the water 🙂
Appreciate your comment and so happy you enjoyed this image.
I love the amazing autumn colors and how they reflect on the water. Gorgeous!
Thank you so much Shutterbug. Appreciate your visit and hope to see you back again soon. Bella
Stunning autumn colours, Emily. 🙂
Today the colors are starting to wane. I will certainly miss fall.
Very nice! 600 photos again? You’re going to wear your new camera out in 6 months. 😉
I’ve totally maxed out my 678 gig laptop. Serious memory issues. And I don’t want to move up to Windows 8. Not interested in converting to MAC either. Time for small external hard drives. Sigh…
Time for large external hard drives!
Beautiful photo, gorgeous autumnal colours! You sound like you click away like I do… definitely time for external hard drives! I use one, it’s a great way to store all my photos and tiny so easy to carry around! Good luck with the sorting 😉
You’re right..have to go the external hard drive way. Once I’m done with this 365 project I can spend more time reorganizing, etc. Thank you so much.
Wow! Simply stunning!
One of those magical light moments. Thanks Fatima.
I have a feeling you’ll pick exactly the right 15 for your friend! 🙂
Easier said than done Denise. I ended up with 73. Not quite 15. LOL !
It must be sooo hard! Culling your babies!
Well, your friend can do the rest of the culling!
Indeed. 🙂
very beautiful
Thank you S Strategys
Gorgeous colors. Our colors ended last weekend when a storm front came through and blew everything off the trees.
Oh that is so sad. I bet you felt cheated by the autumn then. Thank you for your compliment.
Spectacular autumn color and reflections! I hate to see this beautiful autumn come to an end!
I completely agree Soonie. We must savor every moment right?
