The autumn wind is a pirate.
Blustering in from sea with a rollicking song he sweeps along swaggering boisterously.
His face is weather beaten, he wears a hooded sash with a silver hat about his head…
The autumn wind is a Raider, pillaging just for fun.
I thought this was a photo at first glance! Beautiful picture
Actually I had to cheat a little. I had to use the regular photograph for the ‘featured image’ to have posted on the home page. Then the edited version is within the post. So you caught it – great eyes. 🙂
Love what you did with this image!
Can you tell I love this new software I got Tiny? One picture a day and I’ll get a great portfolio of ‘digital art.’
I have such a huge library that it’s fun to dig through the archives to find one that lends itself to this medium.
I like to do exactly that too, but haven’t had enough time lately to experiment. You do it so well!
It’s all trial and error Tiny, as you can imagine.
Lovely painterly look!
Thank you so much Susan. You do such amazing work already, but this Topaz Impressions opens up a new door for our digital art. You might like it.
Such brightly coloured sails. Love the picture
Thank you so much Diana. I always liked this capture, but the lighting wasn’t the greatest. This new editing software made it special.
I love this program you have. Really makes a realistic painting. Love the prose also. I have a love/hate with autumn… I just wish spring was the next season!
Really? Love hate with Autumn? Could it be all those leaves that fell to the ground that has to be cleaned up?
Eh, lucky for me, all my leaves blow in the neighbors yard! I love fall, just not winter …
Lovely Impressionism effect!
I’ve been having fun with it, but there are a lot of images I try that I discard as it just doesn’t work out. 🙂
Beautiful colors. At first I thought it was a painting. What is the software?
This is called Topaz Impressions which can plug in with Photoshop. You can get a discount code if you google for it.
