Now that is actually surprising to me. Somehow I thought Lake Michigan would have a rocky shore. So fascinating. Would love to see what you do get to see there.
Great photos and quote! I love being underestimated as a woman… I think it’s an advantage as the competition usually doesn’t see me coming! Although I only get to use that tactic once per customer. They usually wise up after they’ve been dusted by me once! !
Now that is something I would love to see ! I never learned how to maximize my female talents to my advantage. Too old now..don’t think they will work as well.
You caught my favorite subjects so perfectly! as always 🙂
Who knew that you are a rock hound ! That is fantastic ! I dig rocks too. 😉
Absolutely! they are so easily missed but when I see them at sea like these? wow! I am mesmerized 🙂
So so beautiful! I think I smelled the ocean too! 🙂
Oh the fresh ocean air that helps clear out anything that may be lingering from the city. Thank you so much TK.
Lovely shots Em…..I really like the mix of water and pebbles 😊
I know you would have great fun playing on this beach. Who knows what you would create.
Very beautiful, and your photos remind me of how much I miss hearing the waves roll into shore!
Do you ever get to experience that on any of the lakes you visit? I would think you would. Although it wouldn’t quite smell salty would it?
We have waves on the Great Lakes just like on the ocean. But, you’re right, they don’t smell salty, they smell fresh and clean, like spring rains.
Great captures and FABULOUS quote! 🙂
Thanks Joanne!

Wonderful photos, Emily. Those pebbles are huge. 🙂
You have no idea how much I wanted to load up my car with these rocks to bring them home to decorate the yard. I was a good girl though. 🙂
