It’s great to be back home, although it was hard to leave beautiful, verdant and lush Costa Rica. One of my stops was at the Peace Lodge, and after breakfast we’d go and feed the hummingbirds, then go and play with the toucans.
I’m working through 4,000 images that I captured during our short 5 day visit in Costa Rica. We managed to see over 100 species of birds and several exotic animals.
Keep an eye out for some wonderful posts of wonderful Costa Rica. I’m off to dream of feeding hummingbirds.
Welcome home!!
Thank you Rebecca ! It’s great to be back and have some time with the ponies.
welcome back π look forward to seeing your captures.
Thank you so much. It’s good to be home, although I could easily live in Costa Rica. Working on some fun posts for everyone to enjoy.
Wonderful look forward to them βΊοΈ and yes I could easily live in warmth! Happy day to you!
Feeding hummingbirds and tickling toucans – sounds like heaven – good luck settling back into “the old routine”, lol! π
Didn’t take much to get back into it Joanne. Went and rode the ponies today. It was such a beautiful day here. Miss Costa Rica lots though.
Well done you! π
Gee the bird is lovely but the selfie of the photographer is beautiful. We all are envious of the expedition…looking forward to seeing some of the images.
Thank you Herb. Truly Costa Rica is a special place.
Well, look at you looking so happy and naturally beautiful! I love that picture and, of course, I am suitably jealous of your trip to Costa Rica and your chance of seeing all those magnificent birds! I certainly look for those upcoming posts! Enjoy sorting out your pictures! π
Oh my Fatima. My head was spinning with so many birds that we saw, and the scenery was stunning. I enjoyed your most recent post for you camp about. Lucky you too. π
It looks like the trip was great fun, the hummingbird photo is so amazing.
Just wait ! We saw a total of 21 species of hummingbirds. Can you imagine?
I don’t even know you but I’m SO jealous! You must have had one amazing time!!!! π
LOL ! Costa Rica was amazing indeed. Want to get even more jealous? Dig around my blog. You’ll find the Galapagos from last year, then the Inca Trail in Peru from 2012.
Happy traveling. π
I plan too!!!!
