Now for some housekeeping – This blog has been active for over three years, and I’ve made some wonderful friends throughout the years. Many have been dedicated in leaving kind comments on a near daily basis.

It’s time for me to admit that the past few months I’ve had a hard time responding on a regular basis, and on this count, I apologize to all of those kind souls that care enough to comment.

So I can either (a) continue to be a lousy blogger and struggle through your kind comments or (b) change the format of my blog to remove the comment section of the posts, and have “Likes” only.

What do you think? I would miss the chance in having some people ask questions if they would like, and certainly seeing your comments make me feel special every day.

Let me know your thoughts. I’m on the fence on this one.

Thank you! Emily

    • Ok, thank you Jack. As you can imagine, I feel guilty about not being good about responding. All of those kind people taking the time out to write. The least I can do is keep up with the comments.

It’s a lot of work. I’d rather play!

  1. Hi Emily – don’t worry too much about not responding to all comments. But it would be nice for the comments section to stay. May be just like the comments as an acknowledgement you have seen them and respond only when time permits or you feel compelled to. We love your images and it’s more important for you to focus on that than the computer!

    • Thanks Chris! With all of this great feedback, the comment section will certain remain. Liking is certainly easy enough on a timely basis, then I can go back and comment when I catch up. Appreciate you and your kind words.

  2. Everyone had great advice! Please keep comments! Unless toot have some ‘trolls’ toot can leave them ‘un-moderated’ and they will just attach to blog. Yes, a like πŸ’₯ is an acknowledgement, IMO.
    Lovely hummer!
