These little beauties are regular visitors in the Manor’s garden. As winter is around the corner, visions of beautiful images with birds in the snow came to mind. I remembered that I had some from last winter in my portfolio.
I was excited to revisit these images as I remember liking them so well. A look quickly changed my illusion. Even though I was playing with my newly gifted 500mm L Canon lens, I was still using the Canon 7D for the captures. Between the camera body and my ineffective ability to capture focus, all of the images are, well….crap. With my new criteria for images I would quickly delete them as none of them are in focus !
Hopefully we’ll have just a few beautiful snow showers again this winter so that I can try the birds in the snow images again.

We will not be getting snow..I will not be shoveling snow..snow is not allowed. 🙂

My wild birds are so friggin spoiled. Let alone the really fat squirrels and the canadian geese that come for breakfast and dinner. I think they have me trained well.
