The seasons are beginning to change. With warm days and cool nights, this week has been particularly spectacular.
Each morning starting with a glorious sunrise with mist rising over the meadow and the Magothy river. The days clear blue with fluffy clouds. The nights cool and ending with an even more beautiful sunset.
The fall decorations have popped up, literally overnight. With mums and pumpkins showing their fall color.
This is a special time of year that each moment of each day needs to be treasured. Take the time to step out of the fast lane and take a deep breath in the fresh autumn air.
May you find peace and serenity.

Yes indeed!!!! Gorgeousness, Emily!!!
I’m hoping to find another beautiful sunrise tomorrow. Here’s hoping it’ll be beautiful as well.
Stunning sunrise! Or is it sunset? Great message too. The best thing about hitting 50 this months is that I am really enjoying slowing down!
Welcome to the nifty fifty club ! I agree, I think it gives us pass to slow down and have fun!
Reblogged this on My Blog snuppy.

Wish you could have been there Jerry. It was truly magical and glorious.
Exceptional shot Emily! Talking of the nifty-fifty club, I am 58 and I am NEVER slowing down 🙂
I’ve seen your adventures – you do some awesome stuff. Keep it going!
Fall is my favorite season, and I’m a sucker for sunsets so this was fantastic! 🙂
I love fall as much as you Denise, although I’m not looking forward to winter. Will you be taking a bike trip anywhere fun this fall?
Alas, I think the bikes are retiring for the season.
Do you have anything special planned for fall?
I’m to head to the Shenandoah mountains mid-October. Can’t wait. Skyline drive – perfect for motorbikes.
Mmm, sounds wonderful! Looking forward to seeing some of your fab photos!
Fall is my favorite season for photography and you’ve expressed a number of the reasons why.
