true elegance is rarer these days even tho there are many more people – i do not equate Beyonce or The Material Girl with Elegance – it is a quality that is not used to impress or show off but rather a trait that comes from deep within and a self confidence

Shame how we seem to have lost the wonderful sense of elegance displayed in the 40s and 50s. Everybody took such great care in their appearance and looked so smart! I’m thinking Audrey Hepburn and Ingrid Bergman. I loved all that glamour. Grace Kelly had the finesse too.
