It’s getting too late in my life to care about the small things.
It’s getting too late to not be brave, to not live my life fully,
to not try to be an artist.
Trivial things like how nice your hotel room is,
or if you have to be naked for a while,
they fade away.

All so beautiful. Nature makes amazing photo subjects.
Wow, somehow I missed your comment. Thank you so much for your compliment. Got to admit, I’m rather addicted to mother nature.
Hummingbird moths are so cool! I like the flower that it’s on as well, do you happen to know what it is?
Looks like Budelia or butterfly bush… or maybe moth bush in this case. . =-D
Such beautiful colors captured… 😉
Thank you so much Drake ! Loving my garden this year.
Such gorgeous shots! I’ve not moved up to flutterbys on my photography skill level yet. I’m still working with the slow moving beetles. =)
Haha !! Got to thank the birding photography with the butterflies. Although they are actually harder. Constant motion! Try to get them in the morning, they don’t move as much.
Haha! I don’t move much in the morning either =-D
What a lovely mosaic this is!
Thank you so much Lisa ! Appreciate your kind comment and that you actually like these. 🙂
Gorgeous shots, Emily. Love them all. 🙂

Butterflies are truly special and I hope to find a nice variety in nature this year.

You picked my two favorite as well. Thank you so much for your kind comment.
The COLORS! ❤
Haven’t you figured it out yet..it’s all about color !!!
Yes, indeed it is, as well as the wondrous interplay between textures, light and shadow… I love it all!
I like those words by Helen Hunt, and I love your photos, they are always so vibrant.
I agree Leanne..My favorite part of the quote..to be naked for a while. I’m getting much better at that. 🙂
