lalala…. thanks for the memories.
Always ! Nothing better than fond memories. π
As you know, I’m not a big fan of photo editing, but this is an example of how it should be done if you’re going to do it. I love it!
Funny you say that, I’m sure we’ve discussed this before. All digital photos need some post-processing. The technology is not able to truly capture what our eye sees. I also prefer how to keep things more natural though. These overly silky images, along with HDR that is over the top isn’t my cup of tea. I was playing around with the Lightroom software to learn more features of it. It truly is an amazing software and so much easier to use than Photoshop Elements or CS6
Well, no film camera can capture what our eyes see exactly either. But, that never stops me from trying. π
You and I approach what we photograph differently, and that’s OK, it’s part of the beauty of photography. I do love and respect your work, even though it is outside of what I do. I have decided that I am looking at too many other “photography” blogs that are having a negative effect on me, and I’m going to leave it at that. Keep up the fantastic work!
Perfect message supported by an awesome image. Congratulations it evokes many emotions, and love being the strongest.
Now that I would take any day of the week Mary. Love being the strongest emotion from memories. How wonderful!
True quote and wonderful captured image… π
Thanks Drake ! Not too bad for playing around in the kitchen with an old rose bouquet.
Emily – Nice looking roses. They really stand out with the unsaturated background. Good job.
Thank you so much Tom. I have realized that I have so much to learn about this post processing software, that it’s time for lots of classes. Hope all is well with you.
You really have inspired me to look more into photography. Thank you!!!
You have such a creative nature that looks for true meaning in life, that photography really helps you stop and truly see what you’re looking at. BTW…the idea of the Project 365? Take a new photo each day. The result – by the end of the year you’re a better photographer. π
Now you may not like me so much…I’ve given you a homework assignment.
Beautiful! π π
Thank you so much Maggie ! Hope you’re doing well.
