Having an early start of the day on Jupiter Island Beach. Today’s to be a work/play day as I’m having a visitor this morning. Some of you may know her as FeyGirl at Serenity Spell, a great Florida naturalist photographer. Not sure what we’ll be doing yet as there are lots of options for us.
You should be proud of me though, I actually went and bought a can of bug spray ! So, the Florida mosquitoes won’t be fed today. Although I’m already whining about the high humidity that Florida beaches have. And I thought Maryland was hot this summer!
Have a wonderful day, and can’t wait to tell you about our adventures when we return from the day. Bella

Beautiful morning it is!
Great shots!
Thank you so much Tania ! I was fortunate to have such a beautiful sunrise to start my day.
Gorgeous morning pics. Have a great Florida day, and hopefully without mozzies. ๐
Thank you so much ! Tune in to my post for today’s outing. You’ll hear about the mozzies. What a great word for them !!!
Beautiful image ~ have an awesome day!
Hi Susan!
We certainly did ! Too bad I’m not traveling west so that we could go on a field trip together too. Have a great evening. Emily
Hi Emily
What fabulous photographs. I love them! Could I please share them at soulsnet? They would be perfect; so serene, so beautiful, just what you want to look at, at an online retreat.
I hope you and your friend have a great time. Lucky you. It may be humid in Florida but the UK is saying goodbye to a pretty dismal summer and gearing up for the autumn/winter.
We are lucky in that we get distinct seasons here and autumn can be spectacular with the trees changing colours so I shall be out and about with my camera looking for great shots to share.
I never thought that photography would become a part of my life but it has, and I am enjoying it!!
With love

Hi Corinne,
We had a fabulous time, and it was so wonderful to meet a fellow blogger. It was a super humid day, but we managed all right out in nature. Had a lovely lunch then back to our regular lives.
By all means, you may use the photographs from these two postings. I’m sure your readers will enjoy them.
See..photography is addicting ! Can’t wait to see you grow while you develop your “eye.” Emily aka Bella
Thanks Emily, these photographs are beautiful.
You are right about photography being addictive. Went out the other day without my camera and kept seeing all these amazing shots that I couldn’t capture!!! Even speaking photography lingo these days. How lovely to actually meet a fellow blogger. You feel you really get to know people across cyber space so you must have felt like you were friends already.
Have fun
Corinne
Just amazing shots – if one had panoramic windows in the bedroom
one could lie down and see these beautiful moments
(if one lived in the right place)… ๐
Now that is a perfect idea Drake ! Laying in bed and enjoying the sunrise, what a fabulous way to start the day. Here’s to dreaming!
oooooh what GORGEOUS shots!! look at those colors. you really captured it BEAUTIFULLY.
SO FUN! so VERY FUN!! ๐
You are too very sweet ! You should have seen the teeny tripod I was using. The surf kept threatening my camera.
Hee hee! I still need to buy one… Oh yeh, and get that flash going. Hah!
Just pulled out mine tonight. I get to learn how to use my off camera flash this weekend in the Botanical gardens in DC. Woo Hoo!
OH I can’t wait to see them!!
Hi Emily
Just been looking through your site. What alot of awards and hits you’ve had”!!!!!!!!!!!!
Not surprised, fantastic photographs. And such alot of variety. I’m just about to post the latest soulsnet post and am sharing the first of your beautiful Good Morning Photographs. I would like to use the second in the next post if that is alright. I have been away for a few days too so am including my photos too. I’m embarrassed to put them alongside yours but feel I must keep trying. I hope you enjoy the post.

Hi Corinne,
I apologize for not responding right away. Been under the weather the past few days. You are too generous with your compliments, but thank you so much ! I really enjoyed your post with the dawn photos. Believe me, I just started this a year ago January and all of my photos were out of focus and dark. I’ve taken several online classes and attended a few photo coach field trips that have really helped me. Just find something your interested in and then get really close !
Hugs,
Emily
Hi Emily
I can’t believe you have only been doing this for a year or so. If that’s the case there really is hope for us all!! Actually, I was thinking along the same lines. It suddenly struck me that rather than keep apologising for being such a lousy photographer, I could actually do something to improve. I’m going to look into taking some courses myself. I love taking courses, I am that perennial student, but I never thought it would be photography that would interest me. But it does!!
Thanks for your letting me share your beautiful photographs. So glad you enjoyed the posts.
Love Corinne
