Great photos; especially It’s your turn!!
Thanks Judy ! I was surprised how great that photo turned out.
I agree – you continue to inspire me…
Big Smiles Rebecca ! It’s wonderful as you continue to inspire me as well.
🙂
Rook to Queen 4…. check mate. Trellis looks good with the grass.
That is awesome! Thanks so much.
Both are great. I especially like the trellis – soft, feathery curved against a hard edge design, compliments each other. Great shot, w/o a plan – the best.
Life is funny that way isn’t it Mary? The best times sometimes are the unexpected ones. Thank you so much.
Nice shots!!!
Thanks Rexlin ! What are you up to today?
Down with flu!!!
OH No ! Not you too ! So many people are sick this winter. Let’s hope you get better quicklky Rexlin.
Love that chess set. Great shot.
You should Tom – with your great taste. It is a silver and gold set made in Italy that we bought at the Waldorf Astoria in New York. Thank you so much!
“Chess is mental torture” (Garry Kasparov)… 🙂
Really love chess… 🙂
Great photo… 🙂
Love the quote Drake ! Funny, as hubby has several chess sets, but never has played. Strange….
‘hahaha” – I understand well that he has serveral sets (I have 5 chess sets myself) but I really don’t understand that he never play chess… 😉
It is rather odd. Guess he just likes how they look! One is of Civil War soldiers. I should pull it out and photograph it.
The chess photograph is exquisite.
Thank you so much Jo ! Appreciate you stopping by and commenting. It’s a pleasure to meet you and hope to see you back soon. Bella
Something out of Nothing – I am always amazed when art appears almost out of nowhere. This is the magic of photography, getting us to notice things that we often wouldn’t. The curved lines, in contrast with the straight, angles, is so appealing.
Thank you so much for your kind words Maya. Not one of my best shots, but a rather interesting one. Have a great evening.
Very cool Emily.
Thanks Phil ! There are all sorts of treasures in our living room. I should play with them more.
Love both. Perhaps the trellis a bit more….can FEEL the cold! Get well soon 🙂
Thank you so much Madhu and welcome back ! I know you had a fantastic trip and will always treasure your memories from the adventure. Interesting you like the trellis one – it is rather intriguing. 20 degrees F today, with low teens tonight. Brrrr…
Great shots Emily. It is lovely when quick shots work out.
