Twenty six beautiful and youthful souls.
Taken before their time, their lives will never unfold, their dreams never reached.
It is a tragic time. A time when we are to celebrate, but instead it is a time of deep sorrow.
Take a moment and share a prayer for those families who have lost their hearts, their spirits, and their souls.

It is so terrible and pointless – we can all be better at preventing that kind or in the least a better attempt than we do… ;-/
It is so true Drake. I’ve tried to not listen too much to the story as it is so heartwrenching, but it is hard to do. The big question, is why would a mother expose a troubled child to weapons in the first place.
Beautiful post
Thank you so much Renee. I felt I needed to honor these poor harmless children who’s lives were stolen from them.
It is just so awful, Emily. Hearts all around the world must be heavy too. xx
It is one of the worst tragedies of current history.
This tragedy is sadness that no words I can think of will make any sense out of it.
I’m unable to do so also Phil. I wish it wasn’t real.
One of my favourite Nelson Mandela quotes comes to mind: “There can be no keener revelation of a society’s soul than the way in which it treats its children.” Children are the greatest hope we have…my thoughts and prayers are with the families.
Rebecca, you are so kind and heartfelt for not only those close to you, but also others in the world around. it is people like you with such love and passion that will help heal the world. Thank you.
Simply beautiful post.
You are too kind Judy. Thank you.
