Murmuration is created by a flock of Starlings that move in rhythm and synchronicity in the sky. This video clip, created by Islands & Rivers in Ireland has gone viral with nearly 8 million views to date. Whenever I watch this, I get goosebumps as the music fits the avian movements perfectly. It’s mysterious how these Starlings coordinate their movements to be so in touch with each other and to create something so spectacularly beautiful in the natural world.
