It’s all about creating a balance in your life. Balance in all aspects of your life. Creating an environment where you can work hard and play hard. Always make sure you plan how you spend your time, so that you can maximize the amount of time you can play. After all, what are we on this earth for? Surely not to sit as a desk jockey for the majority of life, and to miss out on the treasures that this world offers.

Some people are so lucky that their job is their favorite hobby. Wish I had been taught that lesson when I was a child before ending up being a desk jockey. I would have been so much happier with a job that better suited my interests, instead of doing what I thought other people expected me to do. Sure, maybe you won’t get rich, but you most certainly will be happy. Even if you happen to fall into a job that isn’t the most ideal, make sure you have plenty of time to play. There are many things that we think are so very important and require our immediate attention. Truly though, does it matter if that laundry sits for another day? If it’s not a loss of life, or loss of limb, than there is plenty of time to catch up with the to-do’s after you’ve done the ‘play.’
